GCK low-voltage drawer switchgea

Summary

GCK low-voltage drawer switchgear is widely used in power plants, metallurgical rolling mills, petrochemicals, light industry and textiles, ports and docks, hotels and buildings as a distribution system for AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire systems with voltages of 380V and 660V, frequencies of 50Hz, and rated currents of up to 5000A. It is also used for centralized motor control.

GCK is an assembled high-grade low-voltage switchgear with comprehensive type test and CCC certification. The design complies with the following standards:

International standard IEC60439.1-1992 "Low Voltage

Use environmental conditions

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than-5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃;

◆ The relative temperature should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature +40℃, and a higher relative temperature is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃;

◆ Clean air, no corrosive and explosive gas, no conductive and can destroy insulation dust:

◆ In the case of no significant shaking and impact vibration, it should be installed vertically, and the inclination should not be greater than 5 degrees;

◆ The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;

◆ Switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ to +55℃, not exceeding +70℃ for a short period of time (not more than 24 hours);

◆ If the above conditions cannot be met by the user, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

Size and installation

◆ The GCK series switch cabinet is installed vertically away from the wall. The cable trench for the outgoing cable of the cabinet is located behind the cabinet. For easy maintenance, the distance from the wall behind is usually 800-1200mm. See the following figure for the installation distance from the front.
