GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users of AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current 5000A distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment energy conversion, distribution and control.

The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical sceme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage complete switchgear.

GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 "Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251 "Low Voltage Complete Switchgear" and other standards.

Use environmental conditions

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than-5℃. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35℃.

◆ Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20℃). Consider the effect of condensation that may occur accidentally due to temperature changes.

◆ The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5° during installation.

◆ The equipment should be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact, as well as a place where electrical components are not corroded.

◆ When the user has special requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem.

Installation and use

◆ After the installation of the product, the following items need to be checked and tested before putting it into operation.

◇ Check whether the cabinet surface paint is falling off, whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

◇ The operating mechanism of electrical components should be flexible, without jamming or excessive operation force.

◇ Whether the on-off of the main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate.

◇ Check whether the meter indication and the ratio and polarity of the transformer are correct.

◇ Whether the busbar connection is good, whether the insulation support, installation and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.

◇ Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.

◇ Whether the connection points of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic.

◇ Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.

◇ The insulation resistance measured by 500 volt megohmmeter shall not be less than 10 megohm.

◆ Precautions for use

◇ This product is installed away from the wall, and can be operated on one side (front), with double-sided door for maintenance of low-voltage distribution cabinet. The maintenance passage and cabinet door of this product can only be entered or opened by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance.

◇ After multiple times of closing and opening, the main contact will be partially burned and carbon substances will be produced, which will increase the contact resistance. The air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and repaired according to its instruction manual.

◇ Isolation switch is strictly prohibited to open and close under load.

Factory data and accessories

When placing an order, the user should provide:

Main circuit distribution system diagram and plan layout, rated working voltage, rated working current, protection device setting current and necessary technical parameters.

Mark the specifications of incoming and outgoing cables.

The model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switchgear.

If busbar bridge or busbar trough is needed between switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, the span and height from the ground should be indicated

Provide specific requirements data.

When switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, it should be specified in detail when ordering.

Switch cabinet surface color and other specific requirements.

The manufacturer shall provide the following documents and attachments when supplying

Description of main components

Door key, operating handle and spare parts specified in the contract.
