1、 General Provisions

1. FSVR line automatic voltage regulator is a device that tracks changes in line voltage and automatically adjusts the device's body ratio to ensure stable output voltage. It can automatically adjust the input voltage within the range of -20% -+10%, and is particularly suitable for lines with large voltage fluctuations or voltage drops. This type of feeder voltage regulator is installed in series at the middle and rear of 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV lines to adjust the line voltage within a certain range, ensuring the user's supply voltage and reducing line losses. In addition, the FSVR feeder automatic voltage regulator is also suitable for substations where the main transformer does not have voltage regulation capability. This type of voltage regulator is installed on the outgoing side of the substation transformer to ensure the bus voltage on the outgoing side. It has a wide range of applications in rural and urban power grids, oil fields, coal, chemical industries, substations, and other fields across the country.

2、 Main features

(1) The overall device has a large capacity, low loss, small size, and is easy to install and maintain;

(2) Automatically adjust the gear of the three-phase on load tap changer by tracking voltage changes, with reliable operation and high voltage adjustment accuracy;

(3) The voltage reference, action delay, allowable range, and frequency limit can be adjusted as needed, and the parameter settings are flexible and convenient;

(4) Display the number of gear actions and current gear of the FSVR on load tap changer, with indications for the highest and lowest gears;

(5) Equipped with gear upper and lower limit protection, action time limit function, effectively improving the reliability of the product;

(6) The controller has overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions. When the line is in an overvoltage or undervoltage state, the controller automatically locks; Ensure safe operation of on load tap changers

(7) The controller adopts industrial grade control chips, which have high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, and can adapt to harsh outdoor environments;

(8) Equipped with RS485 communication interface, the controller parameters can be viewed and modified within 30 meters from the installation point through wireless communication module.

2. Basic standards for use

The installation point voltage of the FFSVR line automatic voltage regulator meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T12325-2008 for power supply voltage deviation: the sum of the absolute values of the positive and negative deviations of the power supply voltage of 35kV and above shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage; The allowable deviation of three-phase power supply voltage of 20kV and below is ± 7% of the rated voltage; The allowable deviation of 220V single-phase power supply voltage is+7% and -10% of the rated voltage.
