Design feature

The box structure is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. The outer shell is crafted from high-quality 2mm stainless steel plates through a multi-winding process (or a honeycomb-structured double-layer composite plate of stainless steel, which offers flame retardancy, environmental friendliness, thermal insulation, and anti-dew properties). Special stainless steel welding techniques are used to ensure the box has high overall strength, a smooth surface like a mirror, and no visible weld marks. The internal beams (plates) are treated with hot-dip galvanizing to ensure they remain corrosion-resistant for up to twenty years. The front and rear doors of the box are designed for easy operation and maintenance, with high-elasticity, anti-aging sealing strips around the edges. Each door is equipped with both visible and hidden locks, with the visible lock featuring a rainproof cover to prevent blockage and rust. The metering chamber is fully enclosed and equipped with a lead seal device. The side of the box features rainproof and anti-particle cable conduits, while the bottom has ventilation holes and cable exit holes. The top includes a ventilation channel and a wire mesh, providing waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof, and anti-particle protection. The protection rating is IP54.
