GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear
summary
The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in various industries, including power plants, oil, chemical, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. It is particularly suitable for large power plants and petrochemical systems where high automation is required and interfaces with computers are essential. This equipment is designed for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in power supply systems, featuring a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltages of 400V and 660V, and rated currents up to 5000A.
The design of the device complies with the following standards: IEC439-1 "Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment" GB7251 "Low Voltage Complete Switchgear".
Use environmental conditions
◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than-5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃. If it exceeds, the operation shall be reduced according to the actual situation;
◆ Indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;
◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃. Consider the effect of condensation that may occur accidentally due to changes in temperature;
◆ The inclination of the device to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5° during installation, and the whole cabinet column shall be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard);
◆ The device shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact, and not enough to cause undue corrosion of electrical components;
◆ When the user has special requirements, it can be negotiated with the manufacturer.
