The KYN61-40.5 (Z) type armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear, hereinafter referred to as the switchgear, is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV indoor complete power distribution equipment. It is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy. The switchgear provides control, protection, and monitoring functions for circuits and can be used in environments requiring frequent operations.

This switch cabinet complies with GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997 standards.

Elevation: below 1000m.

Surrounding air temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature-15℃.

Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity: less than or equal to 95%, daily average water vapor pressure not more than 2.2kPa; monthly average relative humidity: less than or equal to 90%, monthly average water vapor pressure not more than 1.8kPa;

Earthquake intensity: not more than 8 degrees.

Function and features

1. The cabinet structure is assembled, and the circuit breaker adopts the trolley floor-standing structure;

2. It is equipped with a new type of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, which has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;

3. The trolley frame is equipped with a screw nut push mechanism, which can easily move the trolley and prevent damage to the push structure caused by misoperation;

4. All operations can be carried out when the cabinet door is closed;

5. The interlocking between the main switch, trolley and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function;

6. The cable room has ample space to connect multiple cables;

7. Fast grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short circuit;

8. The protection class of the shell is IP3X, and the protection class of the trolley room door is IP2X when it is open;
