Summary
The XGN66-12 fixed-type enclosed switchgear (hereafter referred to as the switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment from our company. It complies with the national standard GB3906 '3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear' and the Ministry of Electric Power's DLT404' Technical Conditions for Indoor AC High Voltage Switchgear Orders. 'It also meets the international standard IEC60298' Requirements for AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment for 1kV to 52KV.'
This product incorporates advanced foreign technology, featuring a compact design that is only 50% the size of a standard switchgear cabinet. The circuit breaker boasts high reliability and superior performance, along with a reliable and simple 'five-prevention' interlocking mechanism. The switchgear cabinet is designed for 3.6, 7.2, and 12KV three-phase AC power at 50Hz, with a single busbar segmented design, making it an indoor integrated device for receiving and distributing electrical energy. It also provides functions such as controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits, suitable for use in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, and can be combined with loop network cabinets in switch stations.
Regular service conditions
◆ The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
◆ Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +40℃, the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.
◆ The horizontal inclination shall not be greater than 3 degrees.
◆ The intensity of the earthquake does not exceed 8.
◆ No violent vibration and impact and explosion dangerous places.
Extension of operation
◆ Before putting into operation, the following checks and debugging should be carried out:
◇ Check the model and specifications of the electrical components installed in the cabinet according to the order requirements; check if the fasteners are loose; verify that the primary and secondary wiring is correct; operate the isolation switch, grounding switch, circuit breaker, and mechanical interlock 3 to 5 times, ensuring they are flexible and not stuck, and that the interlock meets the 'five-prevention' requirements. Then, apply lubricating grease to the mechanical moving parts.
◇ According to article 3 of this manual and the factory test report, check the insulation level and loop resistance of the switchgear and the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker. The test results should be consistent or similar with the factory test report.
Color maintenance and overhaul
◆ Users should regularly maintain and overhaul the switchgear, including:
◇ Clean the dust in all parts, especially the accumulated dust on the surface of insulation;
◇ Check the mechanical moving parts, and regularly add grease to keep it flexible and reliable;
◇ The maintenance of circuit breakers, isolating switches, earthing switches and other components shall be carried out according to their respective instructions;
◇ Check whether the electrical contact parts are in good condition, whether there is overheating phenomenon, and whether the grounding circuit is conductive;
◇ Regularly check whether the fasteners are tightened.
◆ Users should generally carry out troubleshooting with the assistance of the manufacturer. If it is a minor adjustment or small fault, users should refer to this manual and the specification of the main components for self-repair.
